1 - 1 1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 cup vegetable stock
1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 pinch ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground mace
1/4 teaspoon ground sage
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 medium potatoes
