Chorizo and eggs

   Cut corn tortillas into small half inch squares.

   Brown sausage in a large pan and scramble eggs in a separate pan (try not to break eggs up too much, you want them to be in big fluffy pieces)

   Once eggs are scrambled, set them aside until later.

   Then add Chorizo to the sausage and cook until its fully incorporated into the sausage.

   Add scrambled eggs and corn tortilla strips, then mix to your liking.

   Spoon mixture into a flower tortilla and top with sour cream ( or whatever you like)
