1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. chopped pecans

Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add sugar, beating well.

Combine flour and next 5 ingredients; add to butter mixture alternately with zucchini mixture, beginning and ending with flour mixture.

Spoon batter into 2 greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pans.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool in pans on wire racks 10 minutes.
