   ["Preheat oven to 375u00b0", "Get 3 bowls. In one bowl sift the powdered sugar, flour, cocoa, and salt.", "In the other two separate the egg whites and egg yolks", "On med speed mix egg whites until stiff peaks form, place in refrigerator", "Mix egg yolks on med speed for about one minute then start to add your dry ingredients little by little. Once they are fully incorporated fold in your egg whites", "Spray a 1/2 sheet or jelly roll pan generously with release spray, place parchment paper on top of pan leaving about a 1"" lip then spray with more release spray", "Pour batter into pan", "Bake at 375u00b0 for 12-15 minutes", "Spread a dish towel onto table and place powdered sugar on top", "Once cake is done cool for 5 minutes, flip cake onto towel and roll cake into towel", "Cool cake completely, Roll cake out and ice with frosting, roll cake back up without towel", "Over a double boiler or in microwave melt 12oz and 1/4 C unsalted butter. Don't melt until it's runny just until it's spreadable.", "Spread over top of roll"]
