Chocolate Upside Down Pudding Cake

   Mix together the flour, baking powder and brown sugar.

   Add the milk, melted butter and nuts.

   Spread in an 8 inch pan.

   Mix together the granulated sugar and cocoa and spread over mixture in pan.

   Pour the hot water over all.

   Bake 30-35 minutes at 350u00b0. Cake will rise to the top of pan with sauce on the bottom. Serve warm with ice cream.
