Chocolate Stuffed Strawberries W/Orange Simple Syr

   1- hollow out the strawberries and cut tips off saving the tips for later

   2- stand strawberries up on a bake sheet and stuff them with th chocolate shaveings

3. 3

   3- boil the sugar and water with the orange rind to create a syrup

4. 4

   4- place the strawberries in a 375 degree oven and bake until chocolate is melted (approximatly 5 min)

   5- place strawberries on plate and cap the strawberries with the bottoms that were left over

6. 6

   6- drizzle with the orange simple syrup
