2 (9 inch) chocolate cake layers (any box mix baked according to package directions)
8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed

3 squares baker's semi-sweet baking chocolate
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon margarine or 1 tablespoon butter
1 cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla

To prepare chocolate glaze, microwave chocolate, water and margarine in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 1 to 2 minutes until chocolate is almost melted, stirring once.
