Chocolate Salami

   Crush cookies with a rolling pin (coarse crumbs are fine).

   Put in a big bowl

   Add sugar, brewed coffee and cocoa powder.

   Mix well

   Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler.

   Let it cool slightly then pour over cookies.

   Stir

   Transfer mixture to a piece of silver foil or plastic wrap (I used two sheets of silver foil), press into a log shape

   Let set in the fridge for a few hours.

    Then roll in icing sugar (to resemble cured meat) and cut into small pieces.
