Chocolate Ring Cake

   Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

   Crush the hazelnuts using a food processor.

   In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt until light and frothy.

   Sieve the flours, baking powder, and cocoa powder.

   Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, a little at a time, alternating with the oil.

   Pour into a greased and floured 24-centimeter ring mold, and coat with the hazelnuts.

   Place the pan in the oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
