Chocolate Pretzel Cookies

   Put the butter and powdered sugar in a bowl, and mix well.

   Add the egg yolk and mix.

   Sift the cake flour and cocoa powder together.

   Add them into the mixture and mix.

   You're done making the cookie dough.

   Put the dough into a pastry bag with a 5 mm plain tip.

   Pipe out the dough as the photograph shows.

   Bake in a preheated oven at 340F/170C for about 10 minutes.

   Let them cool down completely.

    Coat with chocolate or whatever you like to finish!
