Beat butter, sugar and vanilla extract in medium bowl with electric mixer until just combined. Add eggs, one at a time. Stir in sifted flour and cocoa, then breadcrumbs, milk and grated chocolate. Spoon mixture into the molds.

Bake about 30 mins. Let stand 5 mins before unmolding onto serving plates.

Meanwhile, for the chocolate fudge sauce, place chopped chocolate and butter in medium heatproof bowl over medium saucepan of simmering water (do not allow water to touch the bottom of the bowl). Stir until mixture is smooth. Stir in cream.
