Preheat the oven to 400u00b0F. Grease 4 small Bundt ramekins with butter. To make the batter, beat the butter and 2/3 cup sugar together until light and creamy. Stir in the eggs. Mix the flour with 2 tbsp cocoa powder then gradually mix into the other ingredients. Fold in the pear.

Divide the mixture between the 4 ramekins and place them in a baking dish. Pour an inch of hot water into the dish then bake for 50 mins-1 hour.

Meanwhile, to make the chocolate sauce, mix the remaining sugar, 1 tbsp cocoa powder and the cornstarch together. Add 2 tbsp milk and stir until smooth. Heat the remaining milk in a saucepan then stir the cornstarch mixture into it. Simmer, stirring, for 1-2 mins, until thickened.

Remove the cakes from the oven and turn them out onto serving plates. Cool and serve with the chocolate sauce.
