together. Be sure there are no lumps.

Once the milk has scalded, slowly pour it into the

eggs while whisking. Pour about half of the dairy into

the bowl.

Pour the eggs back into the milk and return to

the stove. Turn stove to high and stir with a rubber

spatula or spoon.

Once the custard begins to thicken, whisk for about

one more minute.

Take off the stove and add the butter, chocolate and

Stir until these are all melted. Pour into crust.
