3. Drop small golf ball-sized amounts of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 6-8 minutes. Remove pan from oven and set it on a rack for a couple minutes before moving cookies from the pan to the rack. Allow cookies to cool completely before storing.
