Chocolate-Peanut Butter Bread Pudding

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   Place bread cubes in a large bowl; sprinkle with chocolate minichips.

   Combine milk and next 3 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Pour milk mixture over bread mixture; stir to coat. Let stand 10 minutes.

   Transfer mixture to a 1-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes or until pudding is firm. Serve immediately.
