Melt chocolate in a bowl set over a saucepan simmering water. Mix flour, cocoa powder and powdered sugar in a large bowl. Add butter, egg and 2 tbsp of the melted chocolate; mix until combined. Knead until dough is smooth. Press dough into a disc. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 mins.

Preheat the oven to 400u00b0F. Roll out dough on a floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness. Dust the cutting edge of a 3 1/2-inch moustache-shaped cookie cutter with flour and cut out 25 moustache shapes. Place on parchment paper-lined baking pans.

Bake one pan at a time for 10 mins each. Cool in pan 2 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack. Reheat remaining melted chocolate and pour into a pastry bag. Pipe chocolate onto moustaches and let stand to set.
