1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip

1 c. powdered sugar
1 large pkg. cream cheese
1 small pkg. vanilla pudding
1 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk

Mix flour, oleo and nuts; press into 13 x 9-inch pan.
