Beat in egg white until blended. At low speed, beat in flour mixture until a soft dough forms.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 baking sheets with vegetable cooking spray or grease with Shortening. Use a teaspoonful of dough for each cookie, place cookies 1 inch apart, on the prepared baking sheets.
