2 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. mini-marshmallows
canned frosting

Then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

Microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes, if needed to finish cooking. Immediately place marshmallows on cake.
