Chocolate Lava Cake (Chocolate Coulant)

   Preheat the oven to 240C.

   Grease 4 individual ramekins.

   Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave on medium. Stop and stir every minute until the chocolate is melted.

   Beat the eggs with the sugar until light and creamy.

   Gently add the chocolate to the eggs.

   Carefully add the flour to the chocolate and eggs, and stir until smooth.

   Fill the ramekins 3/4 full with the mixture and bake in the oven for 6-9 minutes, or until the cake comes away from the sides.
