Chocolate Krinkle Cookies

   Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.

   In a separate bowl mix the oil, eggs, and vanilla.

   Add the dry ingredients to the wet, and mix together.

   Chill for at least 15 minutes.

   Roll the dough into balls and then roll to coat in the powdered sugar.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 9-11 minutes.
