Crush biscuits in plastic bag takes me about 5mins with rolling pin.You can use a food processor but leave the crumbs chunky.

Line an 8 by 12 inch tray with baking paper.

Add cocoa and sugar in pot, mix and add milk and butter.

Heat, Keep stirring bring to boil.

Take pot off heat, then add all other ingredients except egg.

Mix then add egg mix again.

Put into tray.

Put tray in fridge for an hour or so to set.

Take out and ice.

Use your favourite chocolate icing: Mine is 2 cups of icing sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1 dessertspoon butter, and a little boiling hot water.

Mix alltogether until u get a spreadable consiatancy
