Chocolate Fudge Cake

   Mix the sugar and flour together in large bowl.

   In a 2-quart saucepan, bring to a boil the margarine, cocoa, oil and water. Pour over dry ingredients; stir.

   Add the eggs, buttermilk and soda; mix together.

   Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan (ungreased). Bake for 30 minutes at 375u00b0.
