Chocolate Fudge Cake

   Cream together the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until fluffy.

   Beat 5 minutes at high speed on mixer.

   Blend in cooled chocolate, then add flour, soda and salt mixture alternately with ice water.

   Beat well after each addition.

   Bake in 2 (9-inch) pans in moderate oven at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until done.
