1
Gather Tools: Tools: Marble or granite Spades- available at any hardware store Gloves (optional)
2
Slowly, but carefully, melt chocolate in the microwave or double boiler. If using microwave, heat in 30-second intervals and stir in between.
3
Pour melted chocolate out onto the marble. Try to be quick about this but keep it concentrated so it'll be easy to manipulate and temper.
4
Temper the chocolate using the spades. This can be done by quickly moving the chocolate around the marble and mixing it. This is another step that is timely. After too long the chocolate will begin to harden!
5
Test chocolate on your wrist periodically. Once it is slightly cool to the touch use spades to put it back in the bowl.
6
Clean hands or change gloves. Pick up berries using the stem. Gently dip 3/4 of each berry into the chocolate and place onto a tray or wax paper.
7
Allow berries to harden. This should take approximately 5 minutes. Then the best part: Enjoy!
