Chocolate Delights

   Preheat oven to 325u00b0.

   Grease cookie sheets.

   Break 5 soda crackers into blender. Cover and run on speed 4 (low) until finely crumbled.

   Empty into bowl. Repeat process for remaining crackers (1/2 cup crumbs).

   Put nuts in blender; cover and run on low until chopped.

   Add to cracker crumbs.

   Put chocolate chips in blender. Cover and run on low until fine. Add to crumbled mixture.

   Beat egg whites with an electric mixer until they form soft peaks. Add sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time, continuing to beat until stiff but not dry.

   Fold into crumb mixture and add vanilla.

    Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheets. Bake 12 minutes.
