Chocolate Cream Biscuit Cake

   Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt over a hot water bath.

   In a bowl, beat the cream using a hand mixer.

   Pour in the melted chocolate.

   Quickly mix together with a whisk to finish making the chocolate cream.

   Wrap a plate in plastic wrap.

   Pour some of the cream on the wrap, then arrange the milk-soaked biscuits in a log with about 1cm thick of cream between each biscuit.

   Cover the entire cake in the cream.

   Smooth the surface.

   Put the cocoa powder in a tea strainer and dust the surface of the cake.

    Wrap with plastic wrap and let chill overnight.

    Dust with powdered sugar and serve.

    When you serve it, make diagonal cuts.
