   (These are basic rice krispie directions.)

   In a large bowl combine cranberries and rice cereal.

   Melt butter in a large stock pot over low-medium heat, add marshmallows and stir until melted.

   Turn off the heat and add the cran-cereal mixture.

   Combine quickly and thoroughly.

   Turn onto a 9x13 baking sheet/pan lined with waxed paper or lightly sprayed with cooking spray.

   Spread it evenly and pack it down.

   Let cool for about 15 minutes.

   In a double boiler melt milk and dark chocolate and add 3-5 drops of orange oil or a tablespoon of orange zest.

    Once melted and smooth poor over the treats in the pan and spread evenly as best as you can.

    This doesnt have to be perfect and the chocolate does not need to touch all the edges.

    Spread chopped pecans over the top.

    Let cool until the chocolate loses its sheen.

    The best way to cut these is with a pizza cutter.

    Store in ziplock bags or a container because they will go stale out in the open.
