Chocolate Covered Caramel Apples

   ["Place caramel in a microwave safe container (container should be tall and wide) and slowly melt the caramel in the microwave in 15 second intervals.    - Make sure you spray the wax paper with cooking spray - so the caramel doesn't stick (if it does stick - place the tray in the refrigerator for 5 minutes so the apple will come off of the wax paper
