Chocolate Cookie Bites

   Preheat oven to 325u00b0.

   Melt over hot water the chocolate bars; stir until smooth.

   Remove from heat; cool 5 minutes.

   In small bowl, beat eggs and salt at high speed until thickened, 3 minutes. Add brown sugar and beat at high speed until thick, about 5 minutes.

   Beat in cooled chocolate and vanilla until smooth.

   Drop onto greased pan.

   Bake 8 to 10 minutes; cool.
