Preheat oven to 400u00b0.

Line jelly roll pan (cookie sheet with sides) with tinfoil.

Lay crackers flat, filling entire sheet. Melt butter and sugar on stove; bring to boil.

Spoon (do not pour) butter/sugar over crackers.

Put pan into oven for 5 minutes only (looks like the crackers are floating).

Remove pan from oven and shut oven off.

Sprinkle chocolate chips over crackers and return to warm oven for a minute or two until the chips are melted. Spread chocolate evenly over crackers.

Sprinkle nuts and powdered sugar over chocolate.

Cut lengthwise in four rows and then cut each row seperately at angle.

Refrigerate until hard, remove from pan, tear foil off crackers and break into pieces.

You may want to sprinkle more powdered sugar on cookies.
