Chocolate [Cold] With Coffee And Cinnamon With A Quenelle Of Mascarpone And Cream With Crumbled Chocolate Cookies

   Prepare the coffee and pour into a container of medium size.

   When the coffee is still hot, add the chocolate pieces and let it melt mixed with a spatula, add the sugar and cinnamon.

   Distribute the preparation in 4 cups medium (or 6 small glasses).

   Beat the mascarpone with the cream in a small bowl.

   Prepared with the aid of two teaspoons of cream scoop of mascarpone and put them in the center of each cup.

   Place in refrigerator for at least two hours before serving sprinkle with cookie crumbs.
