1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa pwdr
1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 Large eggs
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
1 1/4 c. shredded coconut
1 (12 ounce.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

Beat butter with sugar in a large bowl till light and fluffy; beat in Large eggs and peppermint extract.
