Heat oven to 375 F.

In a medium-sized bowl mix together the flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, beat together the sugars, butter and eggs. Add half of the flour mixture to the egg mixture; beat well and then add the rest of the flour. Stir in the cinnamon, oats and chocolate chips until well combined.

Make the dough into balls and then place onto a lightly greased or parchment paper lined baking pan, spacing them a couple inches apart.

Bake at 375 F for about 10 minutes. Remove pan from oven and set it on a rack. Let cookies cool for at least 5 minutes before enjoying with a glass of milk!
