Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookie Recipe

   Cream sugar and shortening.

   Stir in Large eggs.

   Dissolve chips in water, add in vanilla, and coconut to chips mix.

   Mix with sugar and shortening mix.

   Mix together flour, salt, baking soda and oatmeal.

   Add in flour mix slowly, add in to rest of mix.

   Mix well.

   Drop by tsp.

   on greased cookie sheet.

    Bake for 10 to 12 min at 375 degrees.

    Can be frzn.
