In a large bowl using a mixer beat together the cake mix, instant pudding mix, oil, eggs and sour cream for 10 minutes (yep, that's 10 whole minutes!) and set aside.

In a medium sized bowl, mix cocoa powder and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Add chocolate chips to cocoa/sugar mixture and stir well.

Grease a 9-inch bundt pan and coat it with the remaining 3 tablespoons of sugar.

Pour about a third of the batter into the pan then add approximately one third of the chocolate chip mix to make a layer.

Repeat this step twice to make three layers of cake mix and three layers of chocolate chips, ending with chocolate chips.
