   Press 1 of the cookie dough rolls into the bottom of a jelly roll pan to create crust; set aside.

   Beat sugar, cream cheese at high speed.Scrape often to avoid lumps.

   Add in eggs.

   Pour over cookie mix.

   Cut other roll of cookie and crumble over cream cheese mix.

   Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min until set.
