in a mixer cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy

in another bowl combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and cream of tartar

add slowly to butter mixture and mix well

chill dough mixture for at least a half hour

take a small amount of cookie batter and roll , press into muffin tins

take another small amount and press into sides to form a cup

take a piece of tin foil place into cup and fill with beans, macaroni or another other weight

bake for 12- 15 mins or until done

remove from oven let cool slightly and remove foil

fill with ice cream and enjoy!
