1-1/2 cup Sugar
1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Tablespoon Cocoa
1-1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1-1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
1-1/2 teaspoon Allspice
1-1/2 teaspoon Ground Cloves
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cups Butter, Softened
2 cups Applesauce
2 whole Eggs
1 cup Walnuts, Chopped, Divided (Optional)
1 cup Chocolate Chips, Divided
1 cup Raisins (optional)
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cocoa, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves and salt. Mix well.

3. To dry ingredients, add butter, applesauce, eggs, 1/2 cup walnuts, 1/2 cup chocolate chips and raisins. Beat until smooth.

4. Spray a 13x9 in. pan with cooking spray. Pour batter into prepared pan.

5. Sprinkle top with brown sugar, remaining nuts and remaining chocolate chips.

6. Bake for 30-35min or until it passes the toothpick test!
