Chocolate Cherry Tarts Recipe

   Break chocolate into pcs and place in 2 c. glass measure c.. Add in butter.

   Microwave on high, uncovered till soft; stir till smooth.

   Line 12 muffin or possibly custard c. with paper liners.

   Divide chocolate mix proportionately among the c..

   Spread chocolate proportionately over bottom and up sides of paper lining, using back of spoon.

   Chill to set.

   Combine marshmallows and lowfat milk in a 1 qt bowl.

   Microwave on high till marshmallows are puffed, stir till smooth.

   Chill till partially set about 45 min.

    Fold lowfat sour cream, almond extract and whipped cream into marshmallow mix.

    Spoon mix into chocolate c., filling about 3/4 full.

    With back of spoon make slight indentation in mix.

    Chill till set, 3 to 4 hrs.

    Remove tarts from c., lifting with tip of knife if necessary.

    Peel off paper and place c. on serving plate.

    Chill till served then spoon pie filling into each indentation.
