Chocolate Cherry Bars And Frosting Recipe

   Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan.

   In large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.

   Stir by hand till well mixed.

   Pour into pan.

   Bake 25-30 min at 350 degrees.

   For frosting, in small saucepan, combine sugar, butter and lowfat milk.

   Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.

   Remove from heat, stir in chocolate chips till smooth.

   Pour over bars.
