4 egg yolks
1/3 c. sugar
4 egg whites
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lowfat milk
1/2 c. flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 env. pre-melted unsweetened chocolate
