3 tbsp. melted butter
3 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
12 ounce. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
Healthy pinch of salt
1 c. sugar
3 Large eggs
1 c. lowfat sour cream
Whipped cream; optional

Butter sides only of 9 x 13 springform pan.

Crush cookies and combine with melted butter for form crust.

Press into bottom of pan.

Heat chips and set aside.

With mixer cream the cream cheese till smooth.

Add in sugar and beat.

Continue beating till fluffy.

Pour into pan and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.

Remove from oven and let stand on rack till room temperature.
