Chocolate Cashew Butter

   Place nuts in blender container or food processor bowl.

   Cover; blend or process until finely ground.

   Add half of the butter and half of the chocolate.

   Cover and blend again.

   Add remaining chocolate and butter and the coffee mixture and blend about 3 minutes or until smooth.

   To store, cover and chill up to 1 month.

   To serve, let stand at room temperature 1 hour.

   1 tablespoon per serving.
