Beat together unsalted butter and granulated sugar until nice and fluffy

Beat 3 eggs until fluffy and mix with the butter and sugar mixture.

Mix all the dry ingredients including the walnuts nicely in one bowl

Pour the dry mixture in the egg- butter-sugar mix.

Keep mixing well.

Finally add the milk,oil and vanilla extract and chocolate chips to the batter and mix.

Do not over mix.

Pour the batter in the greased baking tray of wonder chef's gas oven tandoor and bake on low flame for 15 to 20 mins.
