1 c. powdered sugar
1 (4 1/2 oz.) Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 3/4 c. milk
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1/3 c. peanuts or pecans, chopped
