Chocolate And Cherry Liqueur

   Place the chocolate pralines in a grinder and grind enough to break them up.

   Place the chopped candies in a saucepan over low heat, alongwith the sugar, egg yolks, and cherry liqueur. Simmer, stirring constantly so it does not boil, for 10 minutes.

   Add the cream, keeping the mixture on medium heat so it doesn't boil, for 5 more minutes.

   Pour immediately into sterilized bottles and store in the refrigerator.
