Chocolate and Banana Chip Cookies

   Put the margarine and salt in a bowl and cream well with a whisk.

   Add the sugar in 2~3 parts to Step 1, mixing well with each addition.

   Add the egg in 2-3 parts to Step 2, mixing well with each addition.

   Add the milk and the sifted dry ingredients all at once and use a wooden spatula to mix together until crumbly.

   Add the chocolate chips and banana chips.

   Use a wooden spatula to press it all together.

   Use a fork to transfer the cookie dough to the cookie sheet, leaving space between each lump.

   Press down on the tops with a fork to shape.

   Bake in an oven preheated to 170C for 20 minutes.

    Once baked, let cool on racks.
