Choco peanuts

   Put your chopped chocolate in a bowl and then place the bowl in a pan with simmering water and let it melt by mixing it from time to time.

   After the chocolate has melted put in the bowl the peanuts and mix well to cover them as much as possible.

   Take a spoon and fill it with the covered chocolate peanuts and gently place it on a parchment paper to cool and harden.

   Do this with all the composition and you will end up with small or big (as you please) bits of chocolate covered nuts.
