12 chipotle chile in adobo, finely chopped
1 (8 ounce) package coleslaw mix
2 green onions, chopped

4 (8 inch) flour tortillas
6 ounces deli roast beef, thinly sliced
4 ounces American cheese or 4 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced

In a medium size bowl, combine mayo, lime juice, honey and chopped chipotle chile.

Lay a flour tortilla on a plate and top with 1.5 oz roast beef and 1 oz sliced cheese.
